If I really need something quick, and dependable. Especially if a gift, I get expedited shipping. For some reason all the expedited or express come lightening speed, arrive on or before date promised. But it is more expensive.

Well, it's three months later and QVC is still sending the same email in response to complaints.  I can't believe it's a legitimate business practice to know that you have no idea when or if you'll be shipping an item, but nonetheless advertise with an prompt estimated delivery date.  This isn't an unknown... QVC IS WELL AWARE THAT ITS ONTARIO ORDERS ARE A BLACKHOLE.

   I put a pause on ordering for now. I have a similar experience to yours from May 24. I still am waiting for an answer to my " where are my three items ordered on the last free shipping day"  question. I must wait one more day to get a response. I had to go out and purchase other items. So, if and when QVC decides to ship, the items will be sent right back. 

   I still do not understand why we cannot cancel orders that are knowingly delayed, but dumb rules sometimes cause businesses to shoot themselves in the foot.  

 

I feel sorry for the vendors who are affected by the mess too.

This is 6/18/25 and all of my items that have been ordered since 6/7 are in some black hole called "order processing" with no updates on delivery dates.  I have 4 items ordered on 6/7 which seem to be going nowhere.  Same with 2 items I ordered around 5/24. .  When I call customer service they tell me that I have to call back the next day; that it is too soon to inquire?????  I live in Reno, Nevada so I am going to assume that the problem is the Ontario distribution center that everyone keeps talking about.  There appears to be no solution as you cannot cancel the orders.  It would be nice if they communicated about delays instead of going silent.  I guess if I have to return anything do to the shipping delays, I will see if they will at least waive the return shipping charges.  UGH.😩 There appear to be a lot of us.   Update: Just got an email that 2 items I ordered around 5/24 just shipped out of Ontario.  So guess we need to wait at least 3-4 weeks before giving up hope.  Now, I can drive to Ontario in 9 hours from Reno so let's see how long it takes the stuff to actually arrive!

I placed an order on 6/8/25, and after 2 phone calls, I received an email regarding delay in shipping from Ontario.  Guess it's still not resolved.
