@Krimpette, I was also notified by email that I was receiving 15.00 credit.Is it credited when you place an order or it placed under my acct. Appreciate your help. My order for my "INCONVENIENCE" was placed Feb 22 Today is March 9 and it is still "in processing!! Cannot cancel. Sligo

I don't know how long this particular episode has been going on but I wish I knew sooner. I just order some items yesterday. I haven't ordered much clothing in a while now but now I have 2 trips coming up and I'm in need. I will say I ordered 2 pair of D&C crops in early February and received them quickly. Though I had to return because they were too large. My husband has worked in IT for 40+ years, was a CIO and this is what he did. I tell him of the many complaints of ordering/shipping and especially not being able to cancel an order. There is no reason why an order can't be canceled. They either don't want to do it or don't know how. Companies run updates all the time. Run updates on existing software or install of new software. My husband said if this happened on his watch, he would of been fired.

I ordered pajamas on the 4th. I was supposed to receive them today. It was just shipped yesterday. I think it might of been a vendor ship because it's being shippes from Dallas. I ordered same ones different pattern and this never happened

I did receive the $15 one time credit, but have had issues with 3 other orders since then, so I will refrain from shopping until it's cleared up. and the orders will remain in limbo. I did have the first one escalated after almost 3 weeks because I wanted it canceled. Instead I received the item the next day even though the Order Status still said Processing.. So things sound chaotic there right now to me.

@pggoody - it's not just you. I have 2 orders still "preparing." I called CS, and told them I wasn't interested anymore. She sent a notice to see if they could manually cancel, but I haven't heard anything. I will refuse both deliveries *if* they ever ship.

I know this post is old but I am having this problem currently. I placed an order for Skechers on May 20th, 25. Today is May 28th, 25 and it is still showing processing order. I called yesterday asking why it's taking so long for the order to process. The girl did not know. She put in a ticket inquiring as to why the processing is taking so long. Informed me I would have to call back the next day to get my answer. I called in today only to find out that this ticket takes four days before getting a response. I asked to have this order canceled on both calls and they said they can't cancel it. It's a system thing. I asked to speak to a manager. They did not deny me to speak to the manager, but they did tell me that the manager wouldn't be able to cancel the order either. I asked what the situation is. I assume the order is coming from California because it's a Skechers item. She said something to the effect about delays being at the Ontario facility, but wasn't sure what the delay reason was, but was trying to blame it on the fires in California. I honestly did not take the time to look up to see if there are any fires remotely close to the Ontario warehouse. She put in a ticket to have the order canceled and that will take three days before I'll know if the order can be canceled or not. I was polite and courteous to the person on the phone knowing it's not her fault but I did tell her this was very, very unacceptable.

@stellabystarlight You are right , this distribution center is a mess. Not just us, but if you look at the BBB for Ontario California, and key in QVC distribution center. The complaints are enormous. A lot from employees which surprised me. Made me think if all that was true, I understand why the service there is so bad. I'm in California too!! I am wondering if this distribution center delivers a couple other vendors besides QVC.? Everything at the Ontario center, gets either lost temporarily. For some reason, the last few orders from QVC have come better than expected. They came from back East though. I have no complaints . I don't order a ton of stuff. But a few months ago with Ontario it was hopeless
