Dear QVC...$4.00 off is NOT a sale nor is it a Clearance

Seriously...I flipped to HSN where their "Clearance" is a savings of $20-50 (or more) off of the HSN price. How can I be excited to get a QVC jacket at a whopping savings of $4.54? Yesterday I bought a pair of boots from HSN and they were $60 off the regular price. Even if there is a mark up to begin with, at least I FEEL like I got a decent price! LOL
