Re: David Dangle, Joan Rivers

Let's all hope he now has time to check that the plaids match at the seams.

Re: David Dangle, Joan Rivers

I much prefer Bitsy's presentations.  She's very polished, speaks well and has good ideas for assembling outfits.

David talked too much, especially about how great, grand and wonderful he was.  I think his design capabilities are limited to a "menswear" look.  I got really tired of seersucker and shirts that button up the back.

Love and miss David…..but Bitsy is not a rock star on air.
David was the accomplished Fashion educator. Bitsy fills up air time w/ lots of words.

Re: David Dangle, Joan Rivers

@tototwo The fashions from the line since Joan passed away have been too repetitive IMO. It seemed for a while all that was being offered "new" was another big shirt.  That's not why I bought clothes from the line.

I always enjoyed David's on air presentations.

Re: David Dangle, Joan Rivers

David and Bitsy are very different personalities with their own unique presentation styles.  I like them both very much.

David for his classy, suave, warm humor and personality.  Bitsy for her exceptional social media posts of the fashions she'll present.  She also has a great sense of humor and doesn't take herself too seriously.  I'm also a bit envious of her eclectic taste in accessories complimenting her outfits (do you ever notice her shoe choices?!).

As for the clothes themselves, they haven't brought anything truly noteworthy in a long time.  They're either harangued for staying with the old pieces "Joan would have worn," or they are called out for styles that "Joan would never wear!"

They have a tough road ahead if they're going to survive.

Re: David Dangle, Joan Rivers

After Joan passed away, the line should have been retired.  All I saw were "big shirts" and "boyfriend shirts."  I don't miss David.  I do like Bitsy.  I love her style.  Too bad she wasn't on more when Joan was still with us.
