It looks dopey...  Must wear hose close to shoe color or a light hose w dark shoe is ok.  The light shoe breaks up the look.

I would not wear it, but then I am anti-hosiery and never wear dresses unless a wedding or funeral!

The coat is stunning!

I have several camel hair coats and a cashmere in that color. I have had them years. They are keepers. 

The throw away styles are fun but one or two good pieces can't be beat.

I would prefer a closed shoe with that look.

I would never in a million years wear light shoes with dark tights.  Generally, I only wear black pumps or flats with black tights in the winter.  I'd save a light  shoe like that for spring/summer and bare legs.

It's got an "I just came from the old country" vibe to it.  That said, my people from my mother's side came from the old country so I'd probably wear it Woman LOL

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise
