DSW is having a 20% off sale.  I got a $10 and a$5 birthday reward thought the mail, so I went out to have a look around

I always go to the clearance rack because, they rarely have anything elsewhere in the store, that fits me

I found a pr of coach low boots that were  originally $395 and when  the discounts were added  40% plus %20 and my $15 off I got them for $60.41 including tax

They were filled with clearance shoes

Yay @cherry.  That’s a fantastic find even if you didn’t like them. 😉

I do like them @Shanus  but, I was a bit hesitant because, they are very pointed. They are black leather, and  sort of look a bit western

They zip across the instep of the foot.  I tried them on, and they felt so good. A young girl who was shopping near me, told me how cute they look

They make my feet look a bit long ,but they have a bit of a stacked heel,  albeit a low one and I really like this feature...I think they are going to be good shoes for jeans ,and walking

@cherry  I love a western style shoe or boot, especially w/ jeans which I wear almost every day.

Lots of great sales on now to clear out fall /winter styles. 

At present I am waiting for three (!) pairs of shoes/ sneakers to arrive and earlier this month I bought three more pairs.

I must stop the madness! All were wants, not needs. Shoes are so expensive and the sale prices were outstanding: over half off. And they fit and were comfortable.

I will wear all of them soon during the spring months, hopefully starting in March, and again come fall.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it! (unlike my budget...)
