She can afford to wear the designer clothes, bags and watches. She's good at what she does makes a very good salary so why not spend and enjoy it. Most people cant afford the real designer items, so she has them copied for us. I don't see anything wrong with that. The Chinese junk you refer to is sent to be manufactured there by QVC not LISA. They only use her name since they are copies of what she owns or designs that she comes across in expensive and exotic places. The defects are the fault of the manufacturing and the Quality Control of QVC. QVC's warehouse should not be sending out defective items nor should they be sending out returns.

I posted a question on her Facebook page and got a very nice response from her quickly.

Yes it's all about the money with QVC because they own the line and choose to have it manufactured in China. when a vendor goes on QVC , they get more than half of the profits the vendors don't get much. I know this because a friend of mine was on QVC and when he told me what % they took he was shocked. I think that's why lots of vendors are going to HSN and SHOPHQ.

And you know that how? through personal connections? Not that it matters. I asked a question about a Roma product and got the answer I needed. I'm not a Lisa groupie so I don't care if she or a clerk answered, although it was over her signature. It was very pleasant.

Hope that you're able to get in contact with her about this. As others have said facebook is the best place to contact her and she does read and reply back to the facebook posts. The posts that aren't by her, the person helping her out with her social media signs their name at the end of the post. Don't listen to the unhappy trolls that trash Lisa anywhere they can.
