D & Co Pedal Pushers - 89432 stretch with button detail & 70851 stretch Twill with pockets

I have purchased 4 pairs of the A89432 Pedal Pushers Stretch with Button Detail and love them. I also want to purchase a few pairs of Pedal Pushers with pockets. The A70851 Pedal Pushers Stretch Twill with Pockets is what I'm considering. Does anyone have Both of these and are they sized the same and do they fit the same and what is the difference in the fabric for wear? Also, are there any other differences? I'm wondering because the pair I have are NOT listed as Twill but the pair with pockets are Twill. I want to place my order and take advantage of the buy more save but don't want to find out I should have sized up or down and have to return so many pairs.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Hoping to order in the near future for a vacation coming up. Thank you.
