D & Co. Jeggings.... Do they shrink?

I am in a quandry of sorts as to what size to order in these jeggings. I ordered a medium in the Black awhile back and they fit, but with no room to spare in the waist. The problem being is that in the size Large, the Hip measurement is 3" larger than my hips, and the Thigh leg meas. is 1 " larger. I have a large tummy and really small hips and really slim legs. If they are dried, do they shrink? I so, where do they shrink and about how much? Also, do they stay that way or stretch back out to the original size?
