I love those cute white blouses with the black skinny necktie worn by the models during Givenchy black lipstick segment Saturday night 6-23, Anyone know the brand or where they are sold? Does QVC sell them?

I love this top.....updated, yet timeless....simple, yet elegant. I now have this on my list.....
