We have been on several Celebrity cruises. I believe they have a couple of "formal" nights depending on how long the cruise is. I just wore black pants and a dressy top. Husband wore a sports jacket and tie. Not sure if that's changed or not. Check with the cruise line or your travel agent.
BTW--Trust me--nobody notices or cares what you're wearing!!!

@TurnerGal Kind of depends on where you're going. Alaska is quite different from the Caribbean.

@TurnerGal, can't help you as I have never been on a cruise. But, I hope you and your husband have a wonderful time. You have dealt with a lot and have earned some well deserved rest and relaxation. Wishing you good health and a beautiful vacation.

2019 was my last cruise-pre-Pandemic, of course. Just as in most of our popular culture, people dress in a less formal, more comfortable way everywhere these days. Check which events you want to attend, but honestly, you probably will wear casual clothes almost all the time. Maybe each of you could pack one more "formal" outfit, for a special event. Don't overthink it though. Be relaxed, be comfortable and enjoy your special time on your cruise.

@TurnerGal Google "The only Cruise Packing List" by Elissa Garay.
I assume its a Caribean Cruise, If its 7 days there is one Chic night & 10 days 2. I also suggest to bring mix & match with some outfits.
On Chic nights its dress up time otherwise casual wear. Years ago every night was dress up!
Enjoy your Cruise on that Premier Ship & wishing the both of you good health!

We cruise Carnival mostly because it's the closest port. I still see some women in evening gowns and men in tuxes but lots of people in "church" or "sunday best" clothing.
They would prefer you not wear jeans but would rather have you attend dinner as "you paid for it" (per our waiter when my BF realized he forgot to pack his dress pants. The only time I actually saw a passenger be denied entrance to the dining room on a formal night was when he showed up wearing shorts. Much more flexible than years ago. I'm sure you will be fine.
