Big Yay! for fall or spring -- the fabric content is nothing I would wear in summer. But I like the cropped, swingy look and the elbow sleeves for me.

BIG YEA! Recently purchased several popovers from England in a silk/cotton blend very similar to this. Very comfortable, cool and attractive to wear with jeans, crops, bermuda shorts or skirts. I'm 5'7" and 150 lbs. - do not wear high/low hems or tunic tops ever. Love a shorter top to accent my figure. Love the sleeves, which keep me warm in AC places.

I kind of like it. On me, cropped tops aren't really cropped. They often hit just where I'd like them to. I like a more open neckline though. The color is pretty. And I like elbow sleeves.
