Creased cups in bras, can't QVC use boxes?

I just received a Bali bra that is similar to a Breezies, sold in S to 3X sizes. Very comfortable.  This was also shipped in an envelope and the cups were creased from shipping.  They did smooth out so you can wear the bra under thinner knits, unlike two Breezies bras that I can only use under heavy tops.  How about any of these foam cups get shipped in boxes?  I haven't ordered any of those stiff foam cup T shirt bras in years.  Now I'm afraid to.

@depglassA few years back I paid Dillards just about $8 to send me a bra. It did come in a box, but I have no idea whether that's their usual shipping method.  I just needed the bra I ordered and wanted to avoid the time and money a 40 mile round trip in heavy traffic would have cost me.
