Seeing those shoes is like Deja vu

When I was about 3, our dance recital was all about the calendar.  I was January, the New Years  "Baby".  I wore silver shorts and a sash (I was topless) which said  Happy New Years.  My tap shoes were silver metallic oxfords. I hated them because I thought they looked like boy shoes. My sister wore the pretty black patent tap shoes and a beautiful dress..

Not only did I have an awful outfit but I danced alone, while everyone else danced in groups.

I love the look of oxford shoes, can't wear them because of my problem feet. Those are cute. I would like them with dress pants, with a menswear inspired outfit. Or just casual.
