Please take note.... the cost of shipping went up .50cents..from $3.00 to $3.50 (D&C). Weren’t tops always just $3.00 shipping. They snuck in that increase!

I noticed it starting on Sunday on most items that had been 3.00 and 5.00 on Saturday.

I just checked everything (clothing) on my wishlist and indeed every item went up .50.  I know it may not work for all but I will wait for clearance and "as is" pricing.  And if I never get the item...so be it.

HSN increased their shipping too.

Yep. HSN and QVC both increased s/h on clothing to 3:50.

I look for QVC to increase the cost of the return label fee as well.  HSN increased that cost to $7.95 quite awhile ago.  I'm sure QVC will follow suit.
