Re: Considering two outfits for a date

But seriously, all kidding aside.... do other people from your area actually dress like this?

@Alyssa951951    I like no. 2 minus the leaf stockings.  I would prefer black opaque stockings instead.  Actually, a white blouse and black pants would be best.

@Alyssa951951   Welcome to the Fashion Forum of the QVC Community.  As you can see by the responses to your original post, you almost need to wear armor when you participate in discussions in the Q Community.

I would tell you that it's better in the other forums, but sadly it's not.

I like the first outfit.  I think it's fun and the jumper will help you stay warmer if it is indeed damp and chilly outside.  The only thing that is hanging me up in each outfit is the addition of the white anklets.  For the record, I wear socks alot.  I think there would be more a flow colorwise if you tried the tights in the keds, without the socks.

Whichever outfit you choose, I hope that you have a fun time at the haunted house and dinner.

@Bird mama

That is a nice response.

I agree with birdmama.  Go with the first outfit but leave off the socks.  Have a fun date!

do you like the print leggings?

It is hard for me to envision because I couldn't pull that look off!

I agree, if you like them wear with (as suggested) an accent color long sweater and let those be the focal point.

Keep the other pieces plain (my taste)

Most important, HAVE FUN!

Then, come back here and let us know about how things went!

I'm aghast over both these outfits.  Too kitschy (sp?) for my taste.  If I saw a woman wearing either of these outfits for a days outing I'd stay far far away.

I like printed leggings. In fact I was going to post a question about where to get those maple printed leggings. I can't seem to find them and I've looked on the internet. I think they are cute. @LTT1

Teenager?  More like grade school uniform, except for the tights.  This has to be a joke.  Only 2 posts???

The truly sad part is that if it is a real inquiry/help me out here she'll never be back!

If it's a troll she will.

I can't answer the op because it's not my style. I do know if it were me, and Fall weather is my fave to dress for, I'd take advantage and layer with a moto or blazer and a mockneck or turtle neck sweater and some kickin' ankle boots! dark wash slim/straight jeans....

I so rarely get to partake in Miami...
