Consensus Classic Polo - anyone recognize label?

I have a SS pique polo shirt with this oval label stamped in white. Anyone know what store it came from? I buy these shirts from Kohl's, Penney's, Walmart, Meijers, Gander Mountain and Shopko. It could well be a men's shirt. I have dozens, since DH and I both wear them. This one has held up well and I'd like to get more for this season.
