Wish someone at QVC can explain why their computers cannot keep up on a regular basis these days. For nearly 6 months all I get from CS phone is "we are aware and are attemptng to fix the "many' problems. Six months later, there are still issues. Not sure if it is the HSN merge or not but it has been insanely frustrating, and so far, not corrected. As an example. One gets locked out less than 5 minutes on sizes and quantities.. Wish someone would explain how "Advanced Orders" are sold out. How can that be if it is an Advanced Order, and not a stock item?

Sorry you are having issues @Hoping for the best . I'm not really clear what issues you are having but I haven't experienced any "computer" issues with QVC.
As for Advanced Orders. There are always a limited amount, no matter what availability. The vendors could not possibly supply an unlimited amount of anything.

I'm still having troubles on my end, too.
can't get in from 'my favorites' page . Have to type in QVC.com then go down to bottom of page and go to
community forums.
wish they would hire some new people to fix it
