Comfy Ankle Boots for people who hate boots?

I hate boots. BUT I would like a pair of ankle boots to wear with pants. Leather--black or brown. Not heavy, flexible, plain. Not much heel.

Any suggestions? Brands? Many thanks!

The skechers with the zip up front look comfy, I have a pair without the zipper and they are a bit hard to get in and out of but they are comfortable, they are suede though.

You might want to look into Vionic (leather) and Skechers (synthetic). I had a very comfortable pair of soft leather ankle boots from Bella Vita a few years ago. Rieker also does comfortable footwear.

I have a pair of Clarks Cloudsteppers ankle boots that are very comfortable. They are lightweight, flexible, and easy to get on and off with a zipper. Mine are faux leather, but nice looking. I got mine two seasons ago, but I bet Clarks makes something similar this year.

Sorel "Out and About" are now my go-to's. Kind of in the category of a tennis shoe bootie...no break-in time. I wear them for everything once the weather is cooler. (Macy's or Sorel.com)

I wear Bzees boots. They are not.leather but are.microfiber that looks like leather. They are lightweight, have arch support and feel like sneakers. They also are.machine washable. I could not wear boots until I found this brand. You can get them for a good price on Amazon.

@Sooner The brand that immediately jumps out for me is on hsn called Bzees. these boots are made out of a very soft very flexible washable fabric. the have a low heel only about 1"-1.5". Great styles and colors. I would urge you check these out on hsn. Just buy a pr that you like the color and style of and try these. Put a pr on their easy pay, try these and see if you don't love them.
