Clothing Packaging

This is actually the first D&C clothing item I ordered in a couple years.

 

 

When did they change from "square" packaging on the tops to an elongated envelope fold?  The tops are now approx 12" x 5" folded and plastic bagged.

 

The plastic bag is nicer though, you don't have to rip/cut with a scissors anymore, just unseal.
