Re: Clarks cork wedge slingbacks

{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}Thanks ladies. I am loving Nude shoes lately! They go with everything. I have liked a few of their slingbacks lately but without a buckle, I am hesitant to buy. If they are not adjustable, sometimes I have a problem. I think it also has to do, with how high up on the ankle the strap is placed. So buckle and strap placement, depends on whether I can wear them or not. I have a very, very narrow ankle and sometimes have problems with regular pumps or closed back shoes, because of my narrow ankles. So I'm hoping these work and the strap will stay around my ankles and not slide down.

Lola those are super cute shoes, I'm loving the Elites one, that is so unusual! Very pretty choice.

On 3/3/2014 NYCMarian said: I own two pair of Aerosoles "dozen roses", but have hardly worn them, because they don't seem padded enough. I will try again this summer, maybe with an inner sole added. They are very attractive, though.

Those are really pretty shoes! I think they are super flattering. Too bad about the padding, maybe the Dr. Scholls gel insole will work for you, try that.

I love the piping in that metallic color, very pretty on that linen color.

amp, here is another similar shoe by Azura. I don't own them, but Debbie1426 does. I like the fact that it is a true peep toe with that 1940's vibe.

Hi Magic! Pretty shoes! I like that 40s vibe too. The last time I was watching "The Notebook" I was checking out the shoes. So cute! That slingback would probably slide off my narrow heels, but I would love to see how they look on the foot, they look flattering. I love that tiny peep toe, so cute. I used to have a pair of flats (peep toe) very similar to that with the roping around the sole. Very cute and summery looking!

Imacloteshog, if you really want the Clarks A251824, Artisan Orlena Currant Wedge it's available at the Clarks website (and in their stores) for $99. Macy's has it too, but they only have the black.patent leather (it is leather--not just patent). Nordstrom's has it in the snake print.

Re: Clarks cork wedge slingbacks

I just saw these from Sanita (Sedona). I have two pairs of Sanita (same style) and they are so comfortable! I'm not sure if they're too ""orthopedic"" for you though.
