Cities that created the most fashion buzz - 2010

Piggybacking off another thread, I did a little research and came up with this list of the Top 40 World Fashion Cities for 2010, based on Internet and electronic media activity. The list, in itself, isn't all that interesting, but the article here is, because it explains the changes from previous years. I just thought I'd share for anyone interested.
