@Alsace Gal Those look to be the typical dollar store headbands that you can find at most Dollar Tree/Wal-Mart type stores. The crew is wearing festive/funny hats too.

Doesn't seem to be something they are selling.  The shirt is available.  The headgear is just extra dressing up for the theme of the show.

Amazon also sells them in sets of several pieces/different styles.
