 @Greeneyedlady21  I know I was on Macy's website I could get the dress for $119 plus my son's fiancée had an additional promotion. She ordered me the dress for under $100. I figured I'd try it. I can also send it back, fee returns.

I get it. The tiers create movement. My issue is the polka dots; perhaps a different print and midcalf length? (I prefer not to advertise how short I really am with a full length dress)

I think the dress is lovely!  It is feminine, light and summery.  I see it on a younger person but in fashion anything goes and if it works for you, that is fine!
