He has some new dresses and jumpsuits at Nordstrom and Macy's. All under $200. I can just picture this one with a black hat with a white border or flower on it for a summer event or wedding.

It's poly chiffon and yes it looks sheer. And yes it's a low cut neckline, you could put one of those lace trimmed half camis or bras under it.

Take the top tier off (more flattering from behind), and switch out the shoes for black flats and I would buy it!

I think the tiers make this dress interesting.  Without them, it's just a dress with a hole in the back.  Very cute on the right person.
