I am helping my granddaughter make corsages for her upcoming wedding, and the little girl that will stand by the guest book and hand the pen to guests needs some sort of floral adornment. She is 8 years old, not going to be a flower girl, but I feel a corsage would be out of place on her. I thought about a little floral spray for her hair...maybe half up and half down, and the flowers around the pony tail, or maybe a wristlet of flowers. This is not my area of expertise...any suggestions? Thanks!

These are good suggestions but I don't think the little girl really has to wear flowers....

I would not do a wristlet. It could get beat up or picked apart in no time. Something for her hair would look nice.

If she is wearing a pony tail then small flowers around it would be nice. If not then nothing. I never heard of a guest book attendant. Why do people make guests "work" at their wedding. Not necessary.

What a great job for her age, she'll feel special and an important part of the wedding.  I like the idea of flowers in her hair.  What kind depends on hair style.  Babies breath and tiny roses work great for kids

She is a child who will probably not be standing by the guest book very long. I would imagine after 15 to 20 minutes she will be gone. I would add a little floral headband.
