Here's my problem with short puffer jackets........ my bottom half gets cold too.  I want a longer coat to at least cover my hips or maybe down to my knees.  I get cold from the waist down too.   I like the blues together and the chevron design, but the 'shiny' makes it look like it's made of rubber to me.

Don't like "puffer" anything, don't like shiny, don't like color block.  Not really a fan of blue either.

 

So I guess that makes it a "no." Woman LOL

Love the colors, but do not like the puffer look on this jacket,.
