Chain Print blouse

Those that own A215158, the chain print blouse, would you be kind enough to provide feedback? I love the print, and I could use a lightweight blouse with a sophisticated print to wear to work for the summer, but the reviews are all over the place. There is stock in all sizes, which makes me think that it will either be included in a presentation or put on Clearance. I understand that it runs small, so I'll size up.

My questions are:

Is the fabric nice, or does it feel cheap? (really wish it came in silk!)

Is it too sheer?

Is it too short, even with sizing up?
