What is the Center Back Measurement?

 

Is that across the back horizontally or is it the length?

Center back length is the measurement taken from the top-center of the back neckline down to the finished hem. It's the vertical length of the garment.

If the garment measurement says Center back HPS, that is the length of the back measured even with the high point of the shoulder but in the center.
