I guess it would work if you hardly had any boobs at all, but um......NOPE. Not a fan of bra straps, cups, etc. showing. Save it for someone who wants to see it.

I don’t stay thin, fit, workout to cover it up w/ clothing 3 sizes too large. What’s the point? She looks sloppy and unkempt.

Well, looks like she can't afford clothes . Don't think much of this , guess she is not concerned with what type of message she is signaling to her daughter by going out in public basically half naked . This is where parents need to act like adults and parents . Why would you want your child to get the idea that they go around without any self respect or regard to their appearance .
