Sad to say but QVC does not feel like a friendly place to me anymore. Just like another catalog in the mail that gets discarded. After 33 years it feels like when your kids leave home. I feel like I've been left behind. Changes are hard.The Q is going in the wrong direction thinking they are appealing to a younger crowd. I think not.

         What's sad is that so many feel that way about a huge multinational corporation that exists solely to make money.   I think QVC dropped the idea of appealing to my daughters generation a while ago.  It was never going to happen.  That boat sailed.  Their core customer now, the customers they need are women in their 40s through 60s with high incomes who know and love fashion and style and can afford whatever we want.  Hence that Over 50 campaign they have now.  And more expensive brands like Miz Mooz.

There is no way she would have known ahead of time.  They don't negotiate with you when they are letting you go.  You take it or leave it..........like others have said the company will escort you off the property, that's usually routine procedure.

All in all, everyone will be okay sooner or later.   It's not up to us to decide who stays and who goes.  Wishing her and Dan the best.
