I would hope that the custom design/fitting and the bodice construction would help ... along with, maybe, a little double-sided tape?  In any case, although it's not a style I would choose for myself, I think it's pretty. I like this strapless design much more than the ones that go straight across the top, and I also like the "ballerina" look that it has. Different strokes and all that ...

Love the design elements of the dress.  It suits her youth and personality...she will be a beautiful bride.

I may be in a minority but I dislike the corset wedding gowns. To me they look Iike lingerie and trashy.

I can't imagine wearing this in a church wedding ..many make you wear a jacket  over  a strapless dress. This is far more revealing than a strapless dress
