She does a great job. Gives details about how the garments are made. She also has a wonderful way of showing close up details she knows a woman would want to see on garments. I also find her voice one of the best on QVC. She doesn't yell, and you can understand her. She's friendly and professional. I enjoy when she hosts.

Carolyn is the best! She gives all the information needed, soothing calm voice and doesn't push or repeat just to fill up time. When she's finished with the presentation you pretty much know if it's for you. I watched Susan and Albany the other day and I was shaking at the end of the program. Susan has met her match!

I wouldn't be surprised if Carolyn's shows have the least returns. She goes to great lengths to explain fabric, fit, rises. When you watch Carolyn it is the very next best thing to be there looking at the item yourself. She's a professional saleswoman, excellent host, and seems to be a lovely woman.
