Careless QVC measurements

I did a Q check during Carolyn's D&C program on Tuesday, waiting for the garment measurements. When she was showing a pair of capri pants, the measurements posted were for CHEST MEASUREMENTS. I assume those were hip measurements but it seems to me that there's a carelessness surrounding the posting of this very important information. Someone is not paying attention, not caring what they flash on the screen. Please know that those numbers can make the difference between buying and not buying. For years, QVC has tried to keep garment measurements a deeply embedded hidden secret. When I cannot get that information easily, I do not make a purchase.

Garment measurements are almost always wrong and then you have to go through the hassle of returns. Why even post the sizing if they're not correct?
