Can you help me find the "Perfect" Black Maxi?

Hi Ladies, I am searching for the perfect maxi dress in solid black. So far most of what I have found are racerbacks or are too sheer. I'm fit but at over 50 I hate that bulge of fat on my upper back which is right where the racerback cut out accentuates. I don't want to HAVE to wear a shrug or jacket! My other concern in the fabric. I would really love a decent t-shirt type...something that won't show a panty line. No ruffles or flounces either. Just a classic shape. I know that there are some great savy shoppers on here...so if you will, please share if you find a possibility! Thank you!!
