@Hoovermom. I prefer the natural toned shoe. Being practical, you’re more likely to be able to wear them again with other dresses.

@Shanus:  The nude/natural is winning out.  Thank you for your help.

What an absolutely stunning gown! Beautiful! I prefer the second pair (the sling backs), not the peep toe.

@Effie54:  Thank you so much!!!  I wasn't worried about any snagging but the wonderful ladies have brought this to my attention and worried now LOL.

@Hoovermom

My first reaction to the shoes for the dress (such a beautiful dress!) is to match the dress. Philosophy: carry the column of color as closely as possible.

example: this was one of very few pictures which actually shows the shoe peeking out at the bottom of a long darker color dress. If you can enlarge it well enough to see,  the toes peek out

So I vote for either dyed or a darker pewter color.

When seated, the shoe will show.

etsy features several shoes that are made-to-order...search: Pinterest “wedding shoes” and you can choose categories such as “comfortable” and “raspberry.”

@Mom2Dogs@:  I have only tried on the first pair and the only issue is a little tightness @ the toe area.  So........got to try the other one on.  Thanks!!

of the two shoes you posted, I like the first pair.

Both pair of shoes are gorgeous (you have great taste!)....my own preference is the sling backs. This way, they won't snag, but also the top of the shoe is prettier. For me, peep toes thrust my toes forward and I'm not able to walk as well nor dance. Either way, you will look gorgeous!

Pretty dress. I like the first shoe. Enjoy your DS's wedding.
