Can't change my check hold order to a different method of payment

Anyone else having trouble changing a check hold item to a credit card payment? It goes through all the steps and says completed, but when I check my order status, it still says "check". I've tried on different platforms, different methods of payment, and on different days.

Heard through the grapevine,they are clamping down on changing from check orders to CC    Smiley Sad

 

Personally I think they will loose sales doing this  Smiley Sad   (mine anyway)

I would call customer service and have someone do it for you.

Hi @morganjen, I am sorry you are having difficulty changing your order from check to credit card. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444 they will be happy to help. Unfortunately we cannot take credit card information in writing.

Is this something new?   I was always able to change from check to credit card and now it is not letting me.  Customer service please post if this is a new policy.   Thank You

I just called CS and my account was changed from a check hold to a cc I had no problems.
