Can anybody see what this is

A286783  in the video part what does she have on her head?

Is it like a accent made of hair? extension? some kind of wad ?

can't figure out what that is.

I kept thinking that it reminded me of something.... but it wouldn't come to me....

I've seen this on her before.  Remember the little "Chicken Of The Sea Mermaid"?

 

We all made style mistakes.  The difference is that we weren't on nat'l tv!
