Have you been in this new shop called Lizard Thicket at Blakeney Center?  It's in the old Jos. A. Banks (or was it Brooks Bros?) location...across from Talbots and JJill...a few doors down from L.A. East.   Although I saw a few things I might be tempted to buy, it's a bit too contemporary/trendy for me, but I think the younger fashionistas might like it.   You can google it.   Just wondering what you thought of their offerings.

I have not been yet. I like the Hope Floats maxi dress and Music Row  drawstring purse from the website. It seems trendy and inexpensive. Blakney is so crowded.... was in a minor car accident there last week. Maybe I will have time this weekend while out looking at Subarus.

IK,R?  LOL!!  First of all, I'm my Mother's daughter...I ain't going anywhere near a thicket...heaven knows what critter is hiding.  Second of all, the word "lizard" on anything relating to women is just wrong!

Hi birkin!  Yes, very trendy and inexpensive.  I thought the quality was a mixed bag, but saw a few things that weren't too "youthful" for me (I'm in my mid-60's).  If you eventually check it out, I'd love to know your thoughts.

I hear you about the Blakeney traffic...it gets harder and harder to find a parking spot.  Sorry you had an accident, but thankful that it was minor.

I like the dress, but low-cut much? LOL...and the purse, too...

That dress is cut low alright. Thanks for the kind wishes....now definitely getting the Subaru with Eyesight!Lol.   I feel if i stop in at Lizard Thickett, why not go to 131 Main for a veggie burger and key lime pie?? 

   I'm laughing because I am also very much my mother's girl....I like thickets and lizards.😃
