@Imaoldhippie -- I know I'm totally wrong, but to me, it's a blazer if worn with a skirt or dress slacks.  It's a jacket if worn with jeans, chinos, or other casual pants.   Just how my brain works........

Not a fan of the first two but I LOVE this look with the gray pantsuit.

I wore a blazer with jeans just yesterday.

 

In my book blazers finish an outfit; the jacket you take off indoors...

I like the first one best. I like blazers with & without collars as long as the overall design & fit are my style.

I spent so many years of my life wearing "corporate attire" suiits / blazers, etc. ....

 

Just won't do it anymore!  Just wearing my jazzy jackets and sweaters!
