I love my Birks! I've been wearing them a long time and I have a lot. I tried a pair of Orthoheels. They were OK, but I couldn't wait to get back to my Birks! Smile

I tried one pair of orthoheels and had to send them back. They killed my feet. My feet felt like they were being rolled over and the pain even went into my legs. Birkies all the way for me. They never hurt my feet or legs.

ITA! Orthaheel's are definitely more stylish and more comfortable for ME. Sounds like, from the replies, that it comes down to your own feet and which brand fits better.
