Yes, I've ordered it and yes, it does require wearing over a tank, cami, or dress. It will be lovely, and I hope you like it!

I don't have it yet, but order by the shoulder or x-back measurement. You don't want it too tight across the back or have the armholes be too small. It is more fitted at the top--the bottom is not a problem for most.
