Does it improve her appearance...make her look classy and/or stylish?

@San Antonio Gal   That dress isn't flattering - she looks like a waitress. 

 

As for your question if anyone likes it, apparently she does!

 

If I had a body like that, I would dress it more flattering.  IMO, that dress does nothing for her.

 

His suit is nice, but I think he needs to go to the hairdresser.
