I'm also between sizes and sized down in the triple luxe shorts that were a TSV a few weeks ago.  They fit fine and have plenty of stretch.  One of my favorite purchases.

@Memebell

If you're new to QVC clothing I would say sizing down is a good rule of thumb because they tend to run large or I should say generously

How can you give this advice without any information about her body type? She needs to look at the garment measurements and then decide for herself. Smiley Happy

Sizes are "closer together" in Misses than in Plus.   (I have NO idea why this is the case.....and  XL and 1X are "almost" the same.)

I think it depends on how you want your jeans to fit.  If you want them to hug your body tightly, order the smaller size.  If you want a little more ease in the fit, order the larger size.  Personally, I don't like the sausage casing look, so I'd order up.

I order true to size almost always.  I am also in between sizes in my jeans and almost always go to the upside, especially if you are going to dry them in the dryer.  I also find while I can fit in the lower size it can create the dreaded muffin top, on me anyway. I like KG's jeans, I have 3 pairs of them.

How can I say that without knowing her? Because I have shopped QVC clothing. I think everyone can admit that QVC employs vanity sizing. I will add that it's more egregious with the alpha sizing. The number sizes seem to run more accurately but are still on the generous side. I did just have to send some jeans back for a double zero! LOL but I'm pretty sure that was a fluke (I'm no 00)

My general rule of thumb .... if it's a knit, I'll take smaller size; if it's a woven - the larger size.

Works for me.
