Thanks for trying @simplyfriends .  The cuff is not sherpa.  It looks like it in the pic though.  I took your advice and sent her a message on Facebook.  Maybe she'll reply.  One time I sent Valerie Par Hill a message about her jacket on FB.  She never replied.
