I am too short for Bermuda shorts. They would go to my knees and that is not a very becomming look, even if I am just staying home, lol. I still see the UPS man and the mail lady.

I'm 5'5. I'm always so glad to see the Allison Daley clothes have an area like slacks that is petite short.   that's 28 inches in slacks. No hemming.

@SharkE Did you try the petite dept and go up a size to get the stride?

I said this last year!  Shorts were either long Bermudas or shortie-shorts at 3-5 inches.  I prefer 8-9 inches.   Very aggravating.  Wearing mostly skorts or capris this year.

@mnmom    A friend pointed out to me that A378351 is what I was looking for. You might like, too.

Bermuda shorts -- 11" -- are my favorite short.  I either leave the hem down, or I cuff it when I want a shorter look.

I see that Diane Gilman is trying to popularize a 13-1/2" Bermuda shorts length, as evidenced by her TS on HSN yesterday.  That length hit generally somewhere in the middle of the knee to the bottom of the knee, but not yet at the pedal pusher length.  To me, those DG2 Bermudas looked horrible at that longer length on everyone who modeled them yesterday.

@SharkE you may have to rely on a tailor to shorten the inseam.
