It's called a duster!  During my youth in the late '60's, it was called a Maxi coat.  It is a Statement Piece!  So beautiful.  I think a good price for all the detail work, $299.00.  A stunning holiday outfit!

Absolutely stunning!  I can see myself rocking that with a gold silk blouse for contrast, and a pop of color. Gold boots and a solid black clutch would go nicely with that. You will definitely get noticed in this statement piece.
