Barefoot Dreams...has QVC gone crazy?

Let's see...an $86 vest, a $92 "Calypso wrap", a $125 DOLLAR V neck tee shirt sleep set, AND a $126 DOLLAR Adult Robe!  Whatever happened to normal prices? It's not as if these items look any better than regular items. These prices are absurd... the garments are WAY overpriced. What happened to the V (value) in QVC? I'd really like to know.

I've seen this line.  They look nice, but I also figure I'm not paying that much for their clothes.  I don't care how nice they are.  HSN has a lot of things that are at first very expensive, but they discount.  That's why I buy most of my clothes there.

I love this line and I like that QVC has price points for all.  The vest is no more expensive then some of the other QVC lines items.  Barefoot Dreams has their own website and the price run exactly the same with with the Q, you have an easy pay option and I can get my ebates points/dollars.  Some don't care for the line, but for me its a win/win.

I wonder if the quality is the same as what they offer on their own website?  Manufacturers often "dumb down" what the sell on QVC.

As for rebates on QVC, they've become a joke.  Only 3% for Mr. REBATES.  That's just pennies for most purchases.

It's the same way out in the RW.... just depends on what you like and the price point you're willing to spend.  Frankly, I've been deeply disapointed ~in general~ with the fabrics and styles out there the last few years....(and QVC relfects that)....  just don't like most of it and am unwilling to buy it just to look like everyone else.  Once in a great while I'll find something I love, great fit, great fabric, quality notions on it and will pay what they ask for it (not necessarily QVC).....  Woman LOL

These are "normal" prices for THIS line. Just because you think it's outrageous doesn't mean others do. MANY incomes shop QVC and it's good to offer something that will appeal to every level of income, taste and lifestyle.

Norstrom is often sold out of many items in the line so obviously there is a market for it.

A lot of things have skyrocketed in price especially Susan graver's clothes, most aren't even made in the USA.......don't buy, they'll get the message soon enough.

Newsflash! 97 percent of clothing is made overseas. Only 3% is made in the US and it is expensive.

I have both and the quality is exactly the same.  All the tags for both their site and Q are the same. Its interesting that of all the  TSV's sold and not one is available "as is".  I think the company does not allow for the product to be sold for less than the prices listed. I have to think that they take their product back, if returned vs discounting it on the Q site.

Their site does have sale items and I have picked up a few and they have been perfect, just discontinued.
