Received the Dec. TSV today.  What a disappointment. For t longest time Iwanted to try Barefoot Dreams, with all the hype for this manufacturer.  Anyway, opened it, looked at my husband in disbelief.  It looks like a bathrobe, hated the fabric, length and it smelled beyond anything. Back in the bag to return tomorrow. 

What is so great about these? My cuddleduds wraps look and feel 100 times better.

I'm so sorry you had a bad experience with Barefoot Dreams.  I have had a lot of negative experiences with my QVC purchases recently but I LOVE all of my Barefoot Dreams purchases.  Mine have been so soft and luxurious.  The feel is so soft and cozy.  Maybe you received a "lemon" hope you give it another try.  I have almost every color of the vest and love the cardigans also.

THe style of the Dec. TSV did not wow me so I didn't bother with it.  I own a few BFD items and IMHO, they DO differ depending on their style and what they're made of.

Before QVC carried the line, I ordered from the company itself and many of the items were returned. That said, I love the cardigan that was the TSV a few months back as well as the lounge pants (the softest I have ever found). I don't care for any of their items that are 100% poly/fleece at all. So unless it's the bamboo-rayon stuff, I don't bother with it; their wraps don't wow me either nor do their blankets, robes or PJ's.

It really is a product you either love or dislike.

@Barb114  One thing I forgot to mention: there shouldn't be a distinct smell to the product. I've NEVER had that with anything I've ordered and I'm super sensitive to scents. Wonder what the heck caused it to stink?!

It came out of the bag with a distinct odor.  It was awful. Maybe being in plastic r something.

@Barb114 Yeah, they've always sent their product in plastic bags but never with a stink... let CS know when you return it as they won't charge you for S & H due to the stench. That's a defect, in my opinion.

Can you tell me please the item number?  My husband throws out the QVC magazine as soon as I see it and before I can hide it.

I have many Barfoot Dreams items that I love.  They should NEVER have an odor.  Please call customer service.  FYI....I also was not wowed with the December TSV.
