@mspatmac - I think the ultra lite is a thinner lighter weight fabric than the regular cozy chic. I'm not as a big collector of this brand as some others that have posted about their collections. Would be great if someone that knows can advise us

Yes, the Ultra Lite is a lighter weight fabric than the Lite and Cozy Chic.  Of the three, I think Cozy Chic is the heaviest/thickest weave.

I don't keep up with this brand anymore, but I think the Ultra Lite is the next step heavier than their Jersey fabric.  It's the lightest weight and finest weave of the "Cozy" group.  Not a smooth weave like jersey (t-shirt) material.  It's very soft and wears like iron like the other "Cozys" do.

I haven't tried any of the BD Jersey items, do they cling? 

I LOVE the BD pieces I have in my collection, but I try to make thoughtful decisions so that I don't need to return them or have them go unworn.

Very happy with their hooded cardigans - TSV's from last year and this year.     This new cowl neck TSV will be lightweight enough to be layered under the hooded cardigans, puffer vests, etc. and it's long enough to wear with leggings of a range of fabrics including faux leather leggings. I am looking forward to cooler Fall weather 🍂🍁🎃

I haven't ever tried the jersey items, so I can't say about clinging.  I was just using it to try to compare the different fabrics in the line.

I think a better description of the Ultra Lite material would be that it's more akin to a light gauge sweater knit.  Whereas the Cozy Lite and Cozy Chic are more like heavier sweaters, especially the Cozy Chic.

I hope you're very happy with your purchase.  And I have to agree that I'm looking forward to fall also!  Cooler temps and lower humidity!👍

@emvhhardy & all - did you see the new 2p set that was offered on Friday? It sold out very quickly. I was lucky to grab the 2 colors that I wanted - black & sand dune. It was popping in with more availability, so keep an eye on it if you want it.

Yay!!! I was able to grab the vest in Sand Dune. My usual BD size is sold out, so I bought one size larger. Thinking it might work given that it will be worn over tops and the drawstring tunnel at waist will allow me to adjust it as needed. 

Wondering if there are still more new items for this event that are being held for shows 🤩

I have a general question about Barefoot Dreams. I love BD, and I look every day at the new items posted. Yet this and other items have nearly sold old by the time I see them. (Of course, the size and color I want are always gone.) How does that happen? There is a video showing the item being presented, yet there are no QVC shows that have the item in them.

@Jana111 - Q used to post new items the night before the shows/presentations, sometimes days before the show, but it's not the case for some brands such as Barefoot Dreams or Candace. 

It seems that smaller lot quantities are being ordered for many items (except the TSV) so they sell out quickly. For BD, the August TSV has been posted for days suggesting a decent quantity was ordered - some colors will sell out - so it's best to order early.

In the case of the new BD 2p set or the vest, smaller quantities are ordered, they don't post the items in advance of the planned show/presentation. You have to either be watching the show or monitoring the website. 

Not sure why some items are very limited in quantities offered but there have been transportation issues since the pandemic and maybe it's caused Q to order lower quantities of some items in order to still offer a broader mix of brands and items.. 

I was online shopping on Friday afternoon so I was able to purchase the 2p BD set. There was no advance notice. There was no advance info or items posted for Candace Cameron Friday night show while I was still online. Very surprised when I checked in on Saturday to see posters discussing Candace's new Fall items that were presented Friday night, and a number of items were sold out. I didn't get a chance to shop the new collection. It is disappointing, and I'm not sure if there is anything that we can do to know when to be online to shop for new items. It's just timing and luck

I like the rosebud color.  Sizing is odd - I would need a large in this sweater.

Most of my tops are small or medium.  I probably won't purchase, sizing is an issue for me, it just gets to expensive to send back.
